The pork carcasses used to make the rich pork bone soup at Nishiya, a ramen restaurant in Mitojima, Fuji City, were brought to Ando Farm to make leaf mold, where they were used to grow Ando Farm's Indojin Usotsukanai chili peppers, and the mirin from Fukuizumi Sangyo was used to add umami and sweetness. It goes well with a variety of ingredients, such as vegetable sticks, stir-fried vegetables, yakiniku, and ramen, but it is especially good with gyoza.
