"Onigashima Togarashi" is made from pork carcasses from Nishiya, a ramen shop in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, using them as leaf mold. Our delicious, all-purpose seasoning "Onigashima Togarashi" is now available as a gift set. Its strong flavor makes it perfect for strong seasonings and rich dishes. Enjoy the fusion of the fresh spiciness of chili peppers enriched with the nutrients of pork carcasses and the traditional flavor of Fukusen Sangyo. The set also includes our new chili oil! Please use it for BBQs and camping.
