Third Party Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance
This insurance pays benefits when you are legally liable for damages resulting from an accidental accident resulting in injury to life or bodily injury of a third party or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party outside the aircraft or to passengers' baggage, caused by the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft.
●Operating company
The operating airline will be selected based on availability.
●Weather judgment
If the operating company determines that the flight is not possible due to bad weather or other reasons, the flight will be canceled. In that case, the full fee will be refunded (excluding card payment fees and bank transfer fees). Even if the weather is cloudy, the flight will be operated if it is possible to fly. However, customers can change the date themselves as long as it is before the cancellation policy is applied.

Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been completed, please contact us by email.
The cancellation policy for customer convenience is as follows:
From confirmation of reservation until 30 days prior to departure: 10%
29 days to 7 days before the departure date: 20%
6 days to 2 days before the departure date: 50%
The day before departure: 80%
On the day of boarding: 100%
However, this does not apply in cases where the flight is impossible due to bad weather, etc.
If flight cannot be operated
• In the event of bad weather (weather judgement is at the discretion of the company)
• When a specific event occurs with the aircraft equipment used.
• Any other incident that disrupts flight operations occurs.
• In case of cancellation
Date changes will be accepted without any change fee.
In the case of credit cards, the refund will be the full amount minus the transaction fee and the transfer fee at the time of refund.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the full amount minus the bank transfer fee.
If you paid by credit card, we will refund the full amount minus a 5% transaction fee and the bank transfer fee at the time of refund.

The fees will be incurred one week prior to the reserved date of use and are as follows:
7 to 4 days notice: 70%
Contact 3 or 2 days in advance: 80%
1 day before (the day before), on the day, or if there is no contact: 100%
If the helicopter tour cannot be operated, the full amount will not be refunded and a full cancellation fee will be charged even if the tour date is changed.

6 to 3 days before: 60%
2 to 1 day before: 80%
On the day 100%
will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the helicopter tour cannot be operated, the full amount will not be refunded and a full cancellation fee will be charged even if the tour date is changed.

① The materials used in the video will be limited to those shot on the day. However, as an exception, we may use video materials owned by our company.
②Revisions are limited to one time after delivery.
③Music selection is limited to background music specified by our company.
④On the day of the shoot, one photographer will be present to take the photos.
⑤The length is between 1 minute 30 seconds and 2 minutes.
⑥Video quality is FHD.
⑦ Delivery method is limited to mp4 file format.
⑧ Video material cannot be transferred.
⑨ Delivery will be made within 14 days from the boarding date via the Giga File Delivery URL on the ARIAir official LINE account.
⑩ We do not take or edit photographs using our equipment.
(If you have your own equipment or smartphone, a photographer can take photos for you free of charge.)
