This is a 100g bag of Japanese wood ear mushrooms grown in Fuji.
We use 100% domestically produced mushroom beds made from carefully selected domestic chips that have not been sprayed with pesticides for over 8 years.
By working carefully, we are able to grow high-quality wood ear mushrooms at the foot of Mt. Fuji that are large, meaty, and have a great texture that is not found in imported products.
It has outstanding nutritional value, with eight times the dietary fiber of cabbage and six times the vitamin D of sardines, making it one of the highest levels of all foods.
Sliced ​​pieces are delicious in miso soup, on rice, as a salad topping, or even chopped up and used as a gyoza filling.
